Overview

The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) applications enable::

• collection of equipment data from multiple sources to support OEE calculations or general purpose data acquisition
• calculation of the OEE key performance indicator (KPI) for the equipment using an optional work schedule for defining the scheduled production time
• monitoring of equipment availability, performance and quality events

How it Works

Collect data from multiple sources and store into Database

• Manual: operator data entry
• HTTP/HTTPS: invocation of a web service via an HTTP request
• Data tap from PLCs
• Monitoring Sensor. E.g. Vibration, Current, Temperature Sensor.

Analysis the collected data and do the calculation

• Availability, Performance, and Quality
• Operation Time
• Downtime
